Tuxedo Rental Contract

ü      Tuxedo down payments of $50 are required

        before your tux will be ordered.

ü      If a cancellation occurs for any reason,

       Gates Brides World will retain All payments.

ü      Tuxedos are due back Monday following the

        event by 5:00 p.m. EST for weddings and

        2:00 p.m. EST for prom, homecoming, and

        winter dances.

o       If your tuxedo is not returned on time,

        a $10 a day late charge per day will

        be charged.

ü      Full return of tuxedos includes all parts of the

        tuxedo.  This consists of coat, pants, shirt, vest,

        tie, shoes, cufflinks, and studs.

ü      Any tuxedos deemed by Gates Brides World to

        be damaged beyond normal wear and tear, the

        customer is responsible for replacement costs.

       (Average tuxedo replacement costs can add up to

        $500 or more)
